It's that time of year again, when artists are put to the ultimate endurance test. 26 hours of nonstop figure drawing, only the mightiest of Saiyans can survive. I fell 3 hours short of it... maybe next year. Over 2 posts I'll show you my favorite drawings.

CTNX Gesture Drawing Session

I worked at CTN last weekend in the East Tent. I had to opportunity to work crowd control at Gesture Drawing with Dave Pimentel and at some point my sketchbook came out from hiding. We did several 1 and 2 minute poses and ended with some 5 minutes.. He encouraged us to post them online, regardless of quality, so here are all of them, the good and the unintelligible.

First 6 are pretty normal for what I was doing before. After those he encouraged us to stop using a line of action and to make bold singular strokes we had to commit to once they were down.
